We are able to deliver our products to all and any postal address around the world. And as Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code with your phone number also.
Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents UPS / FEDEX / TNT / etc will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries where 5 day work culture.
Transit Time
Once your payment is received by us, we will ship your orders on same day or next buissness day by fastest possible air courier services like FedEx, UPS, TNT etc and they deliver the consignment within 3-4working days across USA, Europe and all Major cities of Middle and Far East.
Shipment & Tracking Details
After Dispatching the Order from here, we will send you an email with tracking number details with the tracking link of courier company, and you can track your consingment for day to day status there untill u received the consignment.Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 hours to become active on the courier websites.
Pakaging
We very strongly ensure that our products are packaged in the best possible way so that it may be best protected from any cause of damage. Normally we pack the each items individually in a plastic transparent box with buble rap and thermocol inside the box and thereafter we pack the whole products on the cartoon provided by the courier company. But we are not responsibe for any damage in transit.
Custom Duties
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs duty that may be levied by their country's Custom Department. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. |
