A satisfied customer is in itself a disguised form of advertisement. We the “Indian Fashions” follows the same principle and welcome our customers wholeheartedly. Although we try our level best to make them feel satisfied with our products and services and we all know to err is human, if in such case, our customers don’t feel satisfied in any way, in such a situation, we apologetically welcome our customers to apply for a mutually consented resolution. We have named it our Returns and Exchange policy which is as following:
(A) Damaged Products: The product may be damaged in two general conditions-
1) Damaged During the transit of the items
2) Manufacturing Defect
(B) Wrong Items Received: It is the case when you receive an item other than you ordered or misrepresentation of the item on the site due to technical error.
In all the conditions mentioned above in (A) & (B), our customers are requested to contact us via E-mail at info@indian-jewellery.com with pictures of the damaged items or the wrong items which you received, within 24 hours of the receipt of your delivery.
There will be no any refund policy applicable for damage or wrong items you received; only we will provide you the right items (damage/wrong) on your next order. At the same time we assure you, you never have to face such kind of issues as we concentrate too much on packaging and order verifying.
(C) Wrong Address Provided or Unclaimed Delivery:
1) If the delivery packages are returned back to the "Indian Fashions" in India due to the reasons on the part of the customer like house found locked, wrong or incomplete address or unclaimed or refused delivery, the customer is subject to pay 25% restocking fee on the merchandise plus the actual shipping charges incurred by "Indian Fashions" to send and return back the shipment.
2) The customers will have to bear the shipping charges for the reshipment in case of a reshipment of the same order.
